High density polyethylene pipes in PE100RC type 1, with a very high shock resistance (values of S.C.G – Slow Crack Growth greater than 8.760 hours), with yellow or orange external wall and black internal wall, used for underground distribution of gas fuels. In accordance with UNI EN 1555-2 and with Ministerial Decree of 16th of April 2008 and 17th of April 2008. It is recommended in unstable soils, with an excellent corrosion resistance in aggressive soils and in the presence of stray currents. Suitable for installation through “trenchless” technique (similar to poses “without sand embedding”). RC pipes are produced with PE100 with high SCG resistance checked through various tests, among which FNCT (Full Notch Creep Test) and PLT (Point Loading Test) that determine a resistance value greater than 100 years to severe damage, either real or under point load test conditions.
